Essential  Hormones

Optimal health is a high bar for all of us. Taking 4 hormones that most adults can benefit from — progesterone, thyroid, DHEA and pregnenolone.  Three of these, progesterone, DHEA and pregnenolone are available OTC. Thyroid T3,T4 we Rose can order but getting routine blood tests done (Rose can order those for you through full script - ask) to make sure your thyroid hormones are maintained at optimal levels. Overtreatment = hyperthyroid.
